Conveniently located on Hannah Ave, we take pride in being the premier, full service florist catering to the needs of Bemidji and its surrounding communities. At Netzer's we offer more than just exquisite, high quality floral designs; our extensive range includes blooming and green plants, delectable chocolates, and a variety of home decor and gift items, weddings and events. Netzer's Floral is owned by Bemidji-native, Amy (Borden) Nelson. Amy, with her lifelong connection to the community, inherited a passion for flowers and plants from helping in her mom and grandma's gardens. Amy honed her skills in the art of floral design through Koehler and Dramm Institute of Floristry, consistenly refining her craft through design classes, seminars and floral expos.

At Netzers we always do our best to accommodate our customers’ delivery needs. However, we are not always able to guarantee delivery at a specific time of day, especially during busy holiday periods. Before major holidays, we strongly recommend that you place your orders several days in advance. Orders placed as late as 2 p.m. can usually be delivered that same day (earlier times may apply to some areas and at holidays). Funeral arrangements typically require additional lead-time. If your sympathy or funeral order requires delivery at a specific time of day, please try to let us know several days in advance so we can best accommodate your needs.

If you have specific instructions for the delivery of your gift bouquet, please note them in the Special Delivery Instructions field during checkout. In all other cases, if the recipient is not at home when we attempt a delivery, we will either:

Call the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time
Leave a note on the recipient's door asking them to contact the florist to schedule a delivery time.
We do not leave arrangements sitting outside, especially in the winter months.

Substitution Policy: Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers are necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Privacy & Security: We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts your order information as additional protection against the decoding of that information by anyone other than us. However, despite all reasonable security precautions and processes, such as password protection, encryption technology, and use of firewall technology, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your Personally Identifiable Information, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from our Site, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we will take commercially reasonable precautions to protect its security on our systems.

Cancellation: To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order at anytime prior to delivery. If your gift is en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order. To cancel an order, please call our store.
